Vitaliy Lomakovich occupies his current position since December 2005 when the bank was created.

Mr.Lomakovich has been working on Ukrainian financial market for more than 15 years. Before joining BM Bank he led Optima-Group specialized in unit funds management, non-government pension funds administration, underwriting, etc. Earlier he occupied Deputy Chairman position in Credit-Bank (Ukraine) been responsible for corporate and retail business and marketing operations of the bank.

Mr.Lomakovich graduated from Lviv University named after I.Franko with specialization in Economy.

Anatoly Tymko occupies his current position since December 2005. He is responsible for corporate business, international operations and private banking arm of the buisness.

Mr.Tymko has been working in Ukrainian banking sector since 1994. Before joining BM Bank he led Kyiv subsidiary of Credit-Bank (Ukraine).

Anatoly Tymko graduated from Kyiv State University named after T.Shevchenko with major in mathematics and Ternopil Academy of National Economy with major in taxation.

Nina Ischenko occupies her current position since January 2006. She is responsible for risk management, budgeting and controlling.

Mrs.Ischenko has started her carrier in banking in 1993. Before joining BM Bank she acted as Deputy Chairman of VA-Bank.

Nina Ischenko graduated from Kyiv Technological Institute of Light Industry with honor and Kyiv State Economic University.

Intars Sloka occupies his current position since August 2008. He is responsible for retail business and regional network development, Bank’s policy in IT field, Contact Center and Customer Support operations.

Before joining BM Bank Mr.Sloka worked for DnB NORD Banka (forth largest bank in Latvia) as the Head of Network and Support Department.

In 1998 Intars Sloka graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with specialization in Finance. Currently he studies at the faculty of Economy and Management of Latvian University.

Taras Kiyak occupies his current position since July 2008. He is responsible for treasury and investment operations of BM Bank.

Before current appointment Mr.Kiyak led Treasury Department of BM Bank. Before joining BM Bank in January 2006 Taras Kiyak acted as the Head of Treasury Department in First Investment Bank (Kyiv, Ukraine).

Taras Kiyak graduated from Kyiv State University named after T.Shevchenko with specialization in Economy. In 2008 he gained Ph.D.in Economics.

Konstantin Zagainov occupies his current position since September 2007. Mr.Zagainov’s appointment was done within the program aiming to improve interaction between Bank of Moscow and its subsidiaries by the mean of sending Bank of Moscow’s representatives to every subsidiary. Mr. Zagainov’s area of responsibility is to ensure that technologies of compliance-control and risk management applied in BM Bank are in line with those approved by Bank of Moscow.

Konstantin has been working in banking area for more than ten years. Before moving to Ukraine Mr.Zagainov worked in the head office of Bank of Moscow. He was responsible for audit of Bank’s branches in Moscow and Moscow region. Earlier he acted as Chief Accountant in Izhevsk branch of Bank of Moscow.

Mr.Zagainov graduated from Udmurtiya State University (city of Izhevsk) with specialization in Finance and Credit.
